Frequently Asked Questions
I am a eco friendly oven cleaner. I do not use any harmful chemicals within your home. The cleaning products that I use are non-toxic and fume free. They are all biodegradable and harmless to you and your family. Therefore you can use your oven immediately after cleaning.
I do not use caustic soda during the cleaning process.
Yes I can! Personally, as a professional Oven Cleaner, I enjoy the challenge. In fact, the dirtier the oven is, the greater you will benefit from a deep clean.
Whatever the state of your oven, I guarantee that you will be amazed by the results.
And just so you know, no matter how bad you think your oven is, I have seen and cleaned far worse.
I will always ensure that your home is kept clean and tidy before, during and after the oven cleaning process.
Initially a mat is placed beneath your oven to contain any mess and to protect your floor.
I then remove all removable parts from your oven. To minimise any posssible mess these are then placed in a bag and transfered to my van, where they are immersed in a heated oven cleaning dip tank and left to soak.
Your oven is warmed up for a few minutes and sprayed with a biodegradable degreaser. A combination of scraping, scrubbing and polishing with some good old fashioned ‘elbow grease’ will leave your oven gleaming like new.
All grease is removed from the oven doors. You will actually be able to see, what is in your oven once again.
The removable parts are then retrieved from the dip tank and thoroughly rinsed, before being replaced.
Wherever possible oven bulbs and extractor filters can be replaced. Damaged oven door seals can be sourced and fitted.
The whole process takes around 2 hours for a single oven, with amazing results, giving you the ultimate domestic oven cleaning service.
There are usually two, sometimes three panes of glass within your oven door. Each pane is cleaned on both sides, making sure you can see clearly into your gleaming oven! This can be trickier to do on some ovens, however I have yet been unable to clean the glass inside, outside and within the oven door.

It can take about 2 hours to clean a basic single oven. Professional cleaning of your hob and extractors will add to this time.
Double ovens, Ranges and Aga’s will obviously take longer, typically a Range can take about 4 1/2 hours. However times may vary, depending on the amount of carbon and grease present.
I will try to be as flexible as possible and i’m very happy to offer appointments during the evenings and weekends.
Other professional oven cleaners generally recommend cleaning your oven every 6 months. I believe that once a year is sufficient.
However should you require your oven cleaning more regularly , I will be happy to do so at a reduced rate.
Yes, I am fully insured.
